Sanchay LandTrack by ShulinTech ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and WhatsApp integration.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email address, and WhatsApp phone number when you register.
• Property Data: Land and property details you submit through the app or WhatsApp bot, including area, size, price, location, images, and Google Maps links.
• WhatsApp Messages: Messages exchanged with our WhatsApp bot for property listing purposes.
• Authentication Data: Google account information (name, email) if you use Google Sign-In.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To process property listings submitted via the app or WhatsApp
• To send OTP verification codes via email and WhatsApp
• To enable team collaboration features between bosses and agents
• To provide search and property matching services

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on cloud servers with encryption. We use industry-standard security measures including JWT authentication, password hashing, and secure HTTPS connections.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• WhatsApp Business API (Meta): For WhatsApp bot integration
• Google Sign-In: For authentication
• Cloudinary: For image storage
• MongoDB Atlas: For database storage
• Brevo: For email delivery

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Property data is shared only within your team (boss and agents) as part of the app's core functionality.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

• Account Information: Retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data (name, email, phone number) is permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Property Listings: Retained for as long as your account is active. All property data, including images and documents, is permanently deleted when you delete your account.
• WhatsApp Messages: Processed in real-time for property listing purposes and not stored permanently. Session data is deleted when your account is deleted.
• Authentication Tokens: Session tokens expire automatically after 30 days and are not retained beyond their expiry.
• Analytics & Logs: Server logs are retained for up to 90 days for debugging and security purposes, after which they are automatically purged.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by:

• Using the Delete Account feature in the app (Profile → Delete Account)

Upon deletion, all your personal data, property listings, team associations, and uploaded media are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes.
